Ticketmaster Fee Antitrust Lawsuit: Case Status

This is a live, unresolved lawsuit — not a settlement — brought under the Sherman Act. Ticketmaster customers allege that Live Nation and Ticketmaster locked venues into exclusive contracts and imposed restrictive ticketing rules that squeezed out competitors, steered buyers toward Ticketmaster's own resale marketplace, and drove up fees on concert tickets across the country.
