Lululemon PFAS Investigation: Current Status

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has sent Lululemon USA Inc. a Civil Investigative Demand, opening a civil probe into whether the activewear brand misled consumers about the safety, quality, and health effects of its clothing. At issue is whether Lululemon products may contain PFAS or other synthetic chemicals linked to endocrine disruption, infertility, cancer, and other health concerns—despite the company's marketing itself as a wellness- and sustainability-focused brand. It's important to note this is only an investigation at this point: no lawsuit has been filed, no settlement has been reached, and there is no claims process or proof-of-purchase requirement in place.
