The named plaintiff says he bought a package of Favorite Day Blueberry Yogurt Covered Mini Pretzels at a Target store in East Farmingdale, New York in March 2025 for about $3, trusting the “yogurt covered” claim on the label. He argues he either wouldn't have purchased the snacks or would have paid less had he known they contained no real yogurt. The suit claims Target's labeling practices violate New York General Business Law Sections 349 and 350, which bar deceptive business acts and false advertising.
