- You made those purchases between May 1, 2009 and December 31, 2019.
- You bought the drugs for something other than resale.
- You did not buy the drugs directly from the defendants.
- You were not covered by Medicaid for those drug purchases.

Generic drug makers Sandoz, Sun, and Taro are accused in a class-action lawsuit of violating antitrust and consumer protection laws by fixing prices, rigging bids, and carving up the market for certain generic drugs — allegedly forcing consumers and health plans to overpay between May 1, 2009 and December 31, 2019. The companies deny any wrongdoing, and no court has ruled on the claims, but they've agreed to a $200 million settlement to resolve the case. Claims can now be filed online or by mail through November 9, 2026. You'll need proof of purchase for each drug you're claiming — a document showing you bought it at least once during the covered period — along with the total amount you personally paid out of pocket.
