- You purchased a Thursday-Only ticket or a Three-Day ticket directly from Las Vegas Grand Prix, or you received one of those tickets transferred to you from the original purchaser.
- You attended Day One of the 2023 Las Vegas Grand Prix on November 16, 2023.
- You scanned your ticket for entry before 11:59:59 p.m. on November 16, 2023.
- If you received your ticket as a transfer and it is not known whether you paid for it, you must submit a valid claim form with proof of purchase.

Liberty Media Corporation and Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc. have agreed to pay $3,047,986 to settle claims over the 2023 Las Vegas Grand Prix, after ticketholders alleged the companies revoked their admission on November 16, 2023 without a refund before the FP2 free practice session could even start. The ticketholders claimed this violated their purchase agreement and that they were owed a partial refund of what they paid, but Liberty Media and Las Vegas Grand Prix deny doing anything wrong and admit no liability under the settlement. The case is now in progress and accepting claims. If you bought your ticket directly through Las Vegas Grand Prix or via Ticketmaster, you generally don't need to file anything — payment will happen automatically. However, if your ticket came from another source, such as a resale or transfer, you'll need to submit a claim form along with proof of purchase in order to receive payment.
