- You incurred reasonable out‑of‑pocket expenses to complete the recall on your Recalled Vehicle, such as rental car or other transportation costs while waiting for the recall work, towing to a Hyundai or Kia dealer, childcare while the recall work was done, unreimbursed repair costs for the ZF‑TRW airbag control unit, or lost wages for time dropping off or picking up your vehicle for the recall remedy.
- Your claimed out‑of‑pocket expenses are directly related to having the recall remedy performed on your Recalled Vehicle by a Hyundai or Kia dealer.
